He holds multiple patents in security and reliability in distributed systems and conversational AI, and frequently speaks at industry events on topics such as API design, and AI (ML and NLP). He has also led engineering teams at Microsoft, EA, and Visa, where he developed next-gen payment products using AI, blockchain, IoT, and contactless technologies.
