She has held a wide array of roles in her career such as Software engineer, Infrastructure solutions architect, Analytics product owner, Product coach and most recently as Senior Manager of Product. Her experiences during this time have taught her a lot about the financial services industry, best practices in software delivery, leading technology transformational efforts and modern engineering practices. She is passionate about helping teams adopt and improve Agile methods and processes while accelerating towards business goals.
