Shashank Sahni is a Senior Technical Leader at Cisco ThousandEyes, where he excels in both developing innovative products to address network visibility issues and tackling complex technical challenges across the engineering spectrum. His recent contributions include decomposing a critical legacy monolith, devising strategies for splitting cross-domain transactions, enabling seamless monitoring of essential services in customers' AWS clouds, and improving the operational efficiency of a high-throughput data pipeline. In his earlier role at ThousandEyes, Shashank served as a SRE, where he established the Observability infrastructure and made significant contributions to the Datastore stack. He later transitioned to a software engineering leadership position, allowing him to broaden his expertise and amplify his impact.
