In this talk I will do an introduction to loading and parsing unstructured data for RAG applications in the cloud using Snowflake. I will also show how the data can be used for state-of-the-art hybrid search using Cortex Search, the not-so-secret sauce that makes Cortex Search so performant (including OSS Arctic Embed!), and how to measure search performance with OSS TruLens.
